Treatment Cell Overview
The treatment cells have a natural clay liner and compacted clay levee walls. Sub-surface drainage has been installed to maintain groundwater separation from the treatment zone. Monitoring wells have been placed throughout the facility to ensure that environmental standards are maintained.
